What is an Amator

I have struggled with my photography for many years. Trying to make it work for me. Trying to make a living out of it. The truth is, I just love it. I have taken Portraits that I am proud of and other projects including weddings. I have had showings of my work. I stayed safe in Black and White. I did this because I felt safe in this. Turns out safety is not always the best option. As I grow in my craft I am starting to branch out into colour. Not always perfect, but always mine. I am experimenting with how I see the world through my lens and how that reflects my life and the journey I am on.
